well.. today i really dry out, went to gym with bruno afternoon at his girlfren house there~

well, Mr. Bruno should rename as Mr. Killer! he shoot me down hard man! but a great gym personal trainer i can say, haha~ he will make u shout and shake till u finish his target =.=!! After all that I realise I cant even hold a cigarette properly... Yes! IT"S WEIGHT GAINER!!

Bought in bpp today~ i seriously badly fuckly need some weights =.=

well, this period is e so called the Great-Singapore sale, so, here I GO!

but of course, need bruno to supervise me of my eating habbits, force me to eat 3 meals a day, make sure i drink straight after i eat and all tat sort of thing... so.. i must have my goal clear, ya, work towards it, pray to God it works on me, if not, i have to die.

Mixed together with satuated milk, results & taste = Great!

(didnt buy e low-fat milk, reseaon? I WANT FATS MAN, WAT FOR LOW FATS?? MOTHER FUCKER~~)

This is e shaker bottle in order to break down e powder make it smooth. Without e shaker, trust me, the powder bubble can kill >.<

And this? Banana?? Bruno suggested. It REALLY helps! after drink, it get off e taste and feel of the powder. So hopefully i can slp soundly after each serving .. and shit smoothly .. .. yeaaaah!

06th June was Mr. Bro's birthday =) damn asshole told me on e day itself so he tinks i got no chance to buy stuff for him. Today, i prove him wrong =.=

and another part of today's story is... i tink i will take on e habbit of reading newspaper, since i got no gd books to read, not bad. Today wat surprises me was some of the ppl around me in my sch r actually appearing in today's Newpaper! for the Newpaper New Face. 1 of them is actually my classmate... tat's cool iznit? they will be famous very soon~ they indeed famous. And guess wat, after i saw them in newspaper, while i walking down Orchard road, i saw them on e street!! "remember to vote for me okay?!" Mandy shouting at me~ LOL! NYP is really on e rock.

Another thing is my gd fren wen is going to Tibet for a business tour trip later on this morning. hope everything will be going fine for her as wat i heard e story there was no showing gd sign =.= she really needs to be take care of without anyone besides her, which lets me worry all along.

• bought The Straits Times for the first time this year;
  
• find out the fact that Michael Jackson did not bleach his skin on the internet, it's due to the disease "vitiligo" which destroys the pigmentation of the skin. It also leads to people(like me) misunderstood that it's not he did not like the way he is..
  
• cleaned my personal toilet for the first time in my life without my pig =.= now i know how sick to clean e damn 3m space MAN!!
